A global leader in the medical industry is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory management, and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment and distribution. What You'll Do:

• Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Supervise, coach, and develop a small warehouse team
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process improvements
• Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Partner with purchasing, customer service, and logistics teams to support business objectives
• Track KPIs, resolve operational issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain leadership experience
• Proven experience leading warehouse teams and improving operations
• Strong inventory control and shipping/receiving experience
• ERP/WMS experience preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
